Your visit begins with a Welcome Cocktail. If your journey left any stress on your shoulders, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind and get into a vacation frame of mind. Then, our amicable staff will help you to your accommodations in the pre-booked room or suite of your choice.

Each day, your meals are served in various locations across the property, allowing you to try a variety of menus. Breakfasts are served buffet-style, while lunch may consist of a buffet at Altamira or a beachside meal at the Arenazo Beach Bar. Dinner is served at four different locals: Altamira Restaurant, Rigoletto Italian Restaurant, La Piñata Mexican Restaurant. The dress code for specialty restaurants is casual elegance, which means that we do not allow shorts or tank tops. Dinner reservations can be made with the hostess at Altamira from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Between meals, snacks are served from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Unlimited national drinks and cocktails served at five bars: El Ayuntamiento Lobby and Piano Bar, El Malecón Pool Bar, Guananico Bar, El Arenazo Beach Bar and the Ambrosia Disco. Wine is served with your dinner at any of our four restaurants.
